On 10th day, went to detox last week

This is not my first rodeo. I've been in/around recovery for 10 years. Have 10 days today. I know I can never drink again.

I can't ever quit on my own. I was in detox last week for 6 days. I'm thankful for their help.

Still a little shaky, still don't feel that great.
