VPN filters

Hey all. I've been googling around for the answer to this and can't find anything remotely close. Maybe I am not wording my searches correctly.

Here's the scenario. I have an ASA5540 at the house. I have a buddy of mine that wants to VPN in over anyconnect to manage a server of mine. But I want to restrict him to access just the one host and nothing else on my network.

Is this possible through a vpn filter? I see a lot of info but it is for site to site vpn.
