Internal IP tracking (Ports, NATs, etc...)

Hello, I am exploring the idea of writing a custom app that allows for easy tracking of static IP addresses, ports allowed to these addresses, NATs, Certificates...etc, and maybe some alerting built in. This is for efficiency purposes since we are working towards a fully segmented network. Do any of you have a system like this in place? Anything from a spreadsheet to a purchased app will provide insight for us.
