Question about camera shaking during launch

Cameras shake a lot during every launch. It occurs to me that it is obvious that the shaking is coming from pressure differentials physically moving the mount for the camera, but I find that often 'obvious' things are anything but, so I am asking this seemingly stupid question.

Is all of what we see due to the camera mounts physically shaking during launch?

is there any 'lensing' or refracting occurring from extreme pressure differentials?

if its all mechanical shaking, why cant the mounts be made more rigid , or mounted on vibration isolation systems?
