2009 December Form 68A English Questions

I need an explanation for 10, 21 (seems like an idiomatic question. If so, how can I improve on these types of questions? I always get these wrong), 35, 43 (if you can describe the rule for who vs. whom that'd be convenient), 45, 46, 52, 62, and 64. This test seemed to give me a much harder time. If you can give a thorough explanation as to why these are correct and what concept is taking place here so I can review it more that'd be amazing of you. Thank you.
