Need help on old PC upgrade

Hello pcmasterrace! I'm thinking on upgrading my old PC. This are the current specs:

CPU: Core 2 Quad Q6600

MB: Asus p5kc

RAM: 4x1Gb 800Mhz DDR2

GPU: Asus GTX 650ti

PSU: NOX Urano 600w

Disk: Samsung SSD 850 EVO

Cooler: Cooler Master hyper 212 EVO

I've been doing research and this what I think i will buy:

CPU: Intel i7-7700k

MB: ASUS Maximus VIII Hero

RAM: (not decided yet, but probably will be 8Gb-3000MHz DDR4)

So my budget is like 600€.

What do you think PCMR? Any suggestions?
