quake champions - motion sickness?

so, i just wanted to jump into qc and play some matches. check it out, get a bit better at it, see if it's any good. but after like 15 or so minutes i started feeling not so great. forced myself through some more minutes but eventually i had to quit. felt pretty shitty for half an hour. still not gone but it's getting better.

anyone else having motion sickness issues with qc? i played with a fov of 120, framerate above 60 but don't know exact numbers. tough to write this still. don't have any issues with the older quakes and dooms. wonder what's causing this.
