[TOMT][Gif][Movie] 3 or 4 goth girls, guy says they should be careful of strange people and one replies "mister we are the strange people"

Guy may have been a bus driver stopped by a road in what looks like a desert offering them a ride? The young girls were maybe dressed vaguely goth like, either 90s style or faux 90s style?

Haven't seen the movie only the gif, can't find it based on those keywords so might be misremembering the caption.
