Anyone else been ignored by support and had posts removed on forums asking for help?

I had my character deleted and sent in a ticket to support. Then another, then another. Now it is one month later and have had no replies. I then asked for help in the forums on the support section asking if there was anyone that could help, this post was then removed. So i posted again asking if someone from support could get in touch with me as i had an in game issue, this was also removed. Are they just ignoring support tickets and removing any posts about them or something? I was only asking for help and listed my issue and didn't even mention anything else so i don't see why it would be removed like that.
