I wish there were more skin based ultimate lines

So with the arrival of this event we see some really cool skins, one thing I wish is that they included more Skin specific ult line (yes essentially I want McCree to say "Its High Tide") it honestly makes the skins feel cooler with the theme they're going for and not too many characters I feel have it (I know Mercy, Junkrat, Hanzo, and Widow have it, with Mercy having the most between her Devil, Valkyrie ,and Witch skins).

I know there comes the problem of "well someone won't know who's ult is that" even though its the same Voice Actor saying it in the same voice in the same tone.

Also off topic, can we get more non event skins like Rein did with Eichenwalde?
