I need help with charging back for NARUTO ONLINE OASIS-

Can some1 help me with legit reasons to tell my bank on why i wanna chargeback? please read below why I wanna chargeback

The game dev disguised themselves as players, they sent themselves free OP stuffs whereas normal players need to pay thousands of dollars to get it.This makes me sick as shit, these"disguised" developers are the top 1 and 2 most powerful players and they're actively playing .I know this info because a hacker revealed all of this horrendous act on youtube,he revealed the transaction record from these"disguised" mod/dev.

And after this hacking incident, the company didnt even release any statement regarding the hacker nor did they instruct the players to change their password. They simply said "our website is under maintanence" NO their website is gone, and they had to make new domain coz of it.
