Splattershot gear build

Anyone got a decent splattershot gear build? I never played splatoon 1 and Iv so far got to a+ in every ranked mode using random builds. Iv been trying a mixture of swim speed , ink resist and movement speed gear. Can anyone recommend a new build to try? I only play ranked modes so not really interested in turf war builds, thanks in advance 😍

Also does ink resist actually reduce splat damage from weapons and is it worth stacking ?
