Am I too late to be taking AP classes?

I'm going to be a senior in high school this year and have never taken AP or honours classes. My 9th grade year was a disaster and was put into geometry essentials and biology essentials without being told my 10th grade year. My junior year I took all regular classes and got all A's in Algerbra 2, Physics, and the regular English classes. Will taking almost all AP and Honours classes my senior year affect how colleges see me? Did I basically ruin my chances of getting into a good college? Do colleges even look at my senior year or was junior year my last chance to make myself stand out?
