Just a thought: could the Lois in Albert's story about the first Blue Rose/Doppleganger case in the '70s be the same young girl we saw swallowing the big in episode 8? Just a weird thought I had while watching the latest episode. The timelines could also stack up, as she'd be in her mid 30s or 40s in 1975.
