.NET development environment in Vim

I'm looking for some help setting up a development environment in Vim running on Linux.

Is there any reliable approximation of Resharper that I can use, or is Omnisharp still the de facto?

Any good refactoring tools?

Any suggestions or recommendations or things to watch out for?
