Epiceram counterparts?

Hello! I have been prescribed clobetasol and epiceram for the eczema on my hands. The doc gave me samples of epiceram and it did an amazing job, so she went ahead and prescribed it. The problem is that the pharmacy is charging $344 for a tube! Apparently it must not be covered with my insurance.

What are some comparable lotions that I can try? (Prescription or over the counter)
