Microserver? HPE MicroServer Gen8 G1610T

I'm looking to host an FTP server and possibly IRC or Gameserver.

The model I'm looking at is 4gb, and it just looks TOO promising.

Will I be able to pull this off as an entry microserver for the specified things?

Edit: Spelling mistake.
