Juciy Hoppy Flavour

Hi,

I want to make a super Juicy low bitter beer. No bitterness. I'm thinking a wheat/pilsner 60/40mix (I like this grain bill), and then 4-6oz of citra in a 2.5Gal batch. Where I whirpool 2oz and then dry hop 4oz. Should I ass more hops? Or less? I really want that Juicy flavour and am unsure of how many Hops I need to achieve it. Thanks!
