(More Decisions) Assassins Guild, granting land?

So I payed for the Guild, and granted the head dude this own land. But I'm still not seeing anything pop up from them.

Well, anything more than the usual "I'll pay you to kill them" deal you get without granting them land. Nor do I see any income increase provided by them.

Which leaves me asking, what is the benefit to providing the Assassins Guild land? Or are they basically just a carbon copy of the Faceless Men that you lose gold for?
