Small changes to octo's ink ability

1. When inked your health bar turns black for the duration of the blindness (like how when slowed by a cachalot your health turns purple)

2. The ink clogs up the sharks blood smelling ability, because octopus ink irl disrupts all the senses, not just sight

3. I'm not sure if eagle can still use its sight ability while inked, but if that's the case make it so it can't.

These are just really small changes, tell me what you think
