Home for Christmas. House Map Idea

Would be really cool if UBI could theme the house map up Christmas style this year. Could use models right from kafe like a Christmas tree in the living room and lights and snow outside. Seeing as it's one of the smallest maps I don't see it being a problem with memory. Thoughts?
