What are the strangest/weirdest/funniest ARMA 3 mods that you know of?

Looking for whatever I can find that doesn't really belong in the ARMA universe. A few that I already know of being mods such as Operation Blockhead, Get Wrecked, Altis Skatepark, Macross Mod, HMCS, The Thing Classified Specimen, Jetpack Addon, Pandora, DesolationRedux, Zombies and Demons.

SHOW ME WHAT YOU'VE GOT.

Also, P.S., what mod is it that people use to build those crazy contraptions such as Battle Bus and the like.
