Is Paul really being that manipulative or is the house just filled with foolish people?

So I am not a feedwatcher so all I know about Paul's gameplay is what is shown on the show or talked about on the interwebz.

Everyone talks about how Paul should leave soon because he has a hand in everyone's cookie jar yet everytime its brought it the response is "Yeah but Cody."

Paul and josh are the only 2 that have any actual beef with Cody. Yet Cody is playing a Solo game, with 2 other showmances still in the game plus a tight 4some of Paul, Josh/ Jason, Alex and Christmas.
