Eclectic Background -- Highlight or Disguise

I'm trying to get a job as a Data Analyst. I have experience there, but I've also done sales and copywriting for tech startups and excelled in a non-tech field in undergrad. (Which wasn't long ago.)

On my personal site, should I showcase that stuff, include but downplay it, or leave it all out?
