Polite but not observant!

Ok first post so be forgiving. Was at a theme park on east coast of U.K. today where the uniform is brown top n bottoms with big bright name tags . As my son and I are exiting a ride I encountered a woman who was eyeballing me standing with a child in a wheelchair and politely asking if she can use her fast pass here? Politely pointed to my "dread at the controls , red, gold n green shirt army boots n Levi's and pointed out the employee!
