Story time: I Don't get people like this...

So I was on my lunch break at work and I figured Id do a daily on my stam sorc (Lv 24). I entered queue and it took about 15 mins and I was in Wayrest sewers 2. The tank was lv 14, healer lv 12 and the other dps was a night blade lv 44. It was very clear that the healer and tank were very new, the tank did not taunt anything so it was messy but Im cp 600 with all lv 20 crafted training gear so I can put up numbers for some one my level, the other dps was actually pretty decent too so stuff was dying pretty quickly. So before Uulgarg the Risen (fire guy who fears) the other dps says "Hey tank do you mind actually taunting this boss so we dont die" there was a few deaths during the fight but no taunting from the tank. I believed we did well for what we were working with. The other dps on the other hand goes off hard on the tank calling him a "noob" and "trash". So I jump it and said "He is clearly new and still learning the game, we are doing this dungeon fine no biggy almost done just keep going". Now the quote of the century "I have never needed to be carried and I don't plan on carrying any one ever" as the other dps leaves. So I send him a message asking him what cp he is, he says "0 this is my first character, and Im not a noob an other people shouldn't be either". So I dont want to deal with his trash so I block him cause he is clearly scum. So now the tank is the group leader and this is what gets me the most. I said "Hey mate queue us for another dps", the tank just keeps going on. We get all the way to the Lost One (Ghost guy) and me and the healer are both asking for the tank to queue for another dps or toss some one leader. We take the boss down, then I ask the tank please queue or make me lead, I even tell him what buttons to press. He continues to loot every box in the room and then just continues into the next room while me and the healer wait there. At this point Im running low on time for my break and I explain I dont have much time, he dies then revives and continues attacking while we wait back. I said lets just run straight to the boss I dont have time to clear all the trash mobs. Me and the healer do that and the tank does not follow. So at this point I knew it was taking to much time and apologized to the healer and left. I just couldn't help but wonder how I ended up with two weirdos in 1 group. I cant understand how some one could be as unresponsive as the tank was in the group, you see this every now and then but I just cant imagine being like this where you don't look at chat or even try to understand what people are asking you. Just needed to vent what happened to me lol.
