New grad in need of pre-career path advice

Well, the job search has been difficult for me to say the least. I graduated in May and after about 8 interviews (3 engineering related). I received a logistics coordinator job(took it because I need to eat and start paying off my student loans). After a couple weeks it was nothing what I wanted so I left. Now I have received offers for a Quality Control Inspector job and a Quality Assurance Technician. I am torn between the two because of course I wanted an engineering job but I have no experience so I think my best bet is getting into a manufacturing setting to display on my resume that I wasn't just sitting around while looking for an actual engineering job.

Now, which job do you guys think will be the most effective in giving me an advantage over my competition in becoming an entry level quality engineer?
