Does anyone still have scars from past eczema breakouts?

i had a severe breakout in eczema about 3 years ago where my entire body pretty much was covered. the worst part however was the inner bicep area from the upper armpit to the inner elbow. If you watch game of thrones it pretty much looked like jorahs advanced greyscale except with big red scabs instead of black ones....long story short, thankfully i havent had a severe outbreak after that but i still have blotches of scars in that area and it looks a little embarrasing tbh ...is there anyway to get rid of them?
