Beginner's question on Pandas Read CSV

I have recently started to learn Python. I am hung up on what is going wrong, I am unsure whether it is how I am saving the CSV file or if it is something I am doing in Python. I am doing this in IDLE (Python 3.6) if that matters...

I have saved a CSV file to my desktop as part of an exercise for using pandas. However, my tutorial is telling me to enter:

csvframe = csv_read('myCSV_01.csv') This gives me an error in Python, saying that "csv_read" is not found (or something like that). I have tried using: csvframe = pd.csv_read('myCSV_01.csv') but this didn't work either. I know this is probably a super easy thing to fix for some, but I however am unable to figure it out.
