Bruneau Dunes or Birds of Prey National Conservation Area?

Hey All,

Heading over to Idaho first the first time and would appreciate some advice.

I'm planning on visiting one of the aforementioned locations during my stay. I know they are right next to each other, but am not sure what to expect in terms of activities/time required.

Assuming I only have time for one, which would you recommend?

Conversely, is it feasible to be able to visit both over the course of a single morning? If so, how would you tackle it and be back in Boise by early afternoon?
