[Discussion] How would people feel about bigger moveset pools and unlocking new moves when levelling up Pokemon?

For example, Gyarados starting with Bite and Thrash at minimum level, and unlocking new moves through powering up, like dragon dance at level 38. After learning new moves, you could use a TM to change back to a previous move if you wanted. Also, an option to not learn the unlocked move if you're happy with the existing one.
