LVP Product Suggestions for 1927 Craftsman Home?

Our house currently has old vinyl squares, sheet vinyl and carpet. We want to replace all of the the flooring with LVP. Budget is up to $3.00/sq. ft. We like the look of LVP (especially the Shaw brand at Lowe's) but are open to suggestions. Goal is for eventual sale.
