Can international fans register the golden ticket included in the album?

I saw this translation regarding the golden ticket included in the album. The translation states that you need a Korean address and phone number in order to register it, but I didn't see it specify that in the original post or on the Wanna One Go ticket page using a translating tool and my limited Korean. It only specifies "name" and "address". Has anyone tried registering it with an international address and phone number and did it work?
