I have never been to a lodge but I have been friends with a benevolent and honorable Freemason. He told me that members must believe in a higher power, but it doesn't matter what.

I'm a Mason, and this is correct.

My grandmothers ex-husband was Wicca and freemason and my father in law is as well I believe. Shouldn't be any reason why it wouldn't be compatible.

Freemasonry is secular, no religion allowed past basic membership, they even symbolicly spit on the bible to prove their disdain for religion during initiation to some higher ranks.

I don't know what the fuck kinda Masons you're hanging around. A clandestine lodge, I would imagine. Masonry is not a religion, but it is religious. The Holy Bible is one of the great lights--a true Mason would never defile it.

Either way I'm a heathen, and I could give a fu*k less what some boys club has to say about it.

I don't submit to Roman nationalist propaganda. I feel the old way in my bones.

Roman nationalist propaganda? Ho boy...

Fascinating! When I signed up with the freemasons a requirement they had was that I had to believe in a "higher power." They didn't care what, just that I do.

Suppose different orders could very in how secular they are.
