27 years old, seeking advice on how to invest around $30k.

Hello everyone!

I am sitting on about $30k in my bank account; its not invested or anything and I am hoping to put it to good use. I live in America.

Here is more financial info about me:

$30k in cash savings $20k invested in stocks $11k in my 401k $85k annual salary +15% bonus

I don't have, nor need, a car.

I recently moved to the US from Europe and as such I have only had a secured credit card for a month. I am trying to build up a strong credit rating by making a few monthly purchased with the CC and paying it off right away.

Per month, I put in 22% of my salary into my 401k (6% get's matched by my comapny).

I am single and renting an apartment (rent is under $1k per month including bills).

Not sure what other info I can provide that is useful!
