I've decided to diversify. Need your opinion.

I know these questions come up a lot, so I apologise, but I need some advice. Here is my plan. 20% Bitcoin, 20% Ether, 20% Neo, 10% Nem, 10% Golem, 5% Ark, 5% Cvc, 5% OMG, 5% Sia

How's this look? I mainly use Bittrex for Alts and Gemini is where I purchase my Bitcoin. Am I to heavy or light on something? Am I missing any potential coins?
