[Windows][1997]Debris32 by MVP Software (Looking for a physical copy or download of full game, not memory of title)

I apologize in advance to the mods if this doesn't belong here, but I'm not sure where else to look. This is an excellent little Windows Asteroids clone, but Atari filed a C&D order against MVP Software, forcing them to stop selling it. (This was before the Digital Millenium Copyright Act would forbid such an action.) I am looking for someone, ANYONE out there who might have a copy of this puppy, but I can't seem to find any reference of its existence beyond the widely-circulated shareware version. Did nobody buy a physical version of the game back then?

Platform(s): Windows

Genre: Asteroids Clone

Estimated year of release: 1997

Graphics/art style: Faux 3D, perhaps digitalized sprites?

Notable characters: There was that terrified-looking guy on the title screen. Does that count? Beyond that, I think there was some mission control-type on the occasional mission briefing.

Notable gameplay mechanics: Weapon, Armor, and Shield powerups randomly dropped. Your ship had armor that allowed it to survive direct hits at the cost of one of your systems being permanently damage. Game was endless and had a custom difficulty tool and wave designer, but shareware was capped at 10 waves.

Other details: Some version of it was also distributed, perhaps by eGames, as 3D Astro Blaster. It's basically the same game with slightly less detailed graphics. Perhaps an earlier version of the title?
