Complete newb taking baby steps.

hello, first post here. I am wanting to get into spearfishing and am currently just enjoying the sights and working on my dives. I am having an issue though with my mask, and I'm not sure if this is normal or if there's a way to resolve it.

The inside of my lens is wet after giving it a rinse, and I am always looking through spots of varying wetness which distorts my vision greatly. Is there something I can apply to the lens to make the water fall off better and basically giving me a "dry" lens? Or is this a normal thing that I need to learn to work with?
