Buying Tickets?

Need advice. Found a guy on Craigslist who is selling tickets to the opener in Dallas. He seems really legit, nice sounding guy. Says he has paper tickets he got through work and can't go. He's lived up north. The only thing that makes me suspicious is that he wants to use Western Union. But he's mentioned details about being a UM fan that only a fan would know, willing to talk to me over the phone and send partial pics of the tickets, and willing to overnight FedEx with tracking.

The seats are way better than what I was going to be able to afford; they're priced at face value.
