Explain the Rampant Hypocrisy of This Game's Community to Me

When I play Centurion, I unlock to Zone Attack. I don't pretend I don't, and have no issue when my opponent does similar. My opponents clearly do, however, as I am often assailed with such quotes as "unlocking bitch" "unlock tech faggot" and other things like the like.

I have been noticing that with increasing frequency that when I am matched with these people again, they will almost invariably choose Raider, and proceed to sprint around like they think they're in the hero series. I have learned to start picking Shugoki whenever I see someone complain about unlocking so I can armor through their charging.

I have no issue with someone spamming Raider charge, I can respect being self aware enough to understand you're that bad at the game. My issue is that these are the same people who will cry and moan about someone unlocking, then immediately go and use even worse unlock shit. If you're going to pretend to have moral high ground, why let it crumble so quickly? I'd love an explanation.
