League of Legends Negative Balance

Hey guys! Firstly sorry for my really bad english. Today I asked riot to refund 50$ RP... And i'll can't pay back this for them. I know they'll suspend my account, while i don't pay this amount back.

What will happen, if i don't pay back (maybe never)?
