Improving raid grouping (for those who can't use discord or organize groups)

Raids are fun. When you have multiple people. For those younger people or people who struggle to talk with unfamiliar people it can't be difficult.

I believe a good solution would be that when looking at a gym when a raid is happening, there should be some form of number which tells you how many players are located within the radius of that gym. Which can be seen from a distance. This allows more people to join in and be successful during raids and potentially improve the odds of being successful for everybody.
