Redis Sentinel issue

I have deployed Redis Sentinel in two data-centers.

1 data-center works fine the other seems to be having an issue.

When we bring up the redis-sentinel servers and they all connect to each other. We are seeing a duplicate sentinel when doing an info or SENTINEL sentinels master.

Has anyone else seen this? I thought maybe it was showing up on IPv6 but we aren't using that.
