Looking for a very easy to use tennis ball thrower!

Hey friends, my dad is pretty severely disabled and can't really throw a tennis ball more than 5-10 yards. On top of this he only has full use of his left hand, and I was wondering if any tennis ball throwers (or if all of them) could be loaded and fired easily by a one handed guy. Any tips?
