My 5X just died on me

I've seen all posts about boot looping devices, thought I would be safe over the summer at least, but apparently not. It just suddenly died on me tonight, not because of low battery (since it wasnt even below 40%) and it won't turn react anymore. I have a cable in it just in case to see if I can get it going anyways, but it since it doesnt show any signs of life I'm looking around for a new phone.

Had the phone since launch, been in the developer previews since it was announced and have had ups and downs on it (as it's previews), but have enjoyed this phone a lot since I got it, it's a shame that I didn't get to decide when I wanted to move on. I'm actually going on a work trip to another country on monday for a few days, so the timing could almost not be worse though.

I didn't do anything unsual with it, I had a twitch stream casted to my chromecast and the phone was idling (screen off) and it just wouldn't turn the screen on when I tried to switch stream.

Aaaaand I've been sitting here without posting for a while trying to get life from it, got the boot splash and it turned off, I'm now one of you guys. I think everyone should really consider researching new phones, this one is a GREAT phone, but it will shut down on you whenever it feels like it.

I find it a bit funny and tragic that LG has a live chat I can contact them through, but they dont have any available agents in Sweden atm so they redirect to the ordinary email support, but the "send" button only creates a javascript error so it doesn't do anything at all right now, so I can't contact LG.
