Cost for Cabling Drop

I have a side project coming up that includes running Cat 6 to 19 locations (3 cables to each location) inside an office. The office is new and has a drop ceiling. Each data location has half inch conduit stubbed above the drop ceiling and the cables will terminate in a rack located inside the office. There are an additional 4 locations (3 cables each) in an attached warehouse space. There is 2 inch conduit run to each of these and the conduit runs into the area above the drop ceiling in the office. The longest warehouse run is 250'. The project includes pulling all the cable and terminating both ends, the customer has purchased the cable, jacks, faceplates, and patch panels. What would be a good starting point to charge for each drop? I see a lot of people saying $125 - $150 but I think they include charging for the cable in that.

Thanks
