Help transferring this spring semester from a prior university

I am just a few days from moving to Stephenville to begin my Fall 2017 semester at Tarleton State University, however I would very much like to transfer to UNT for their undergraduate computer science program in Spring 2018.

My issue is this: in order to be admitted to UNT, I am required to submit a final transcript from the sending institution (Tarleton). However, the timeframe between finishing a semester at Tarleton and beginning another at UNT is very slim, which would most likely ruin my chances of getting decent housing and classes.

Has anybody run into this issue? Is there any way to be admitted earlier?

*Edit: I've already contacted admissions, but they didn't seem to have a definitive answer
