How do I turn my ceiling-based 5.1 system into an Atmos system when I have this gaping hole in the middle for a sunlight...?

I have a 7.1 receiver right now, so I'm thinking about just sticking a couple of rears up and calling it a day. But maybe there's a way to make this room work with Atmos too (I know I'd need another kind of receiver). Any tips?
