I can imagine how hectic a time this must be at ShapeShift with huge volume and lots of help requests. Lots going on in crypto land.

For the record the support team did a good job of responding to my original ticket and to my messages through Reddit. The issue was getting me a refund back for a transaction that didn't close due to technical problems. It took about 30 hours but it all came back, every penny. Good job
