Unlock items appear in list?

Is it possible to make a book that once an item is unlocked, it will appear in the book?

I want to make a training area that unlocks things and once it's unlocked, you can go to your book and take an infinite number of them. Mainly used if you run out of something but I don't want every item unlocked at once.

It wouldn't make sense to redo the training to get the item again.
